Coronavirus Update – 17 January 2022

We continue to work closely with the venue and monitor government guidance, and the current advice on the use of face coverings.

Delegates and exhibitors will be reminded not to attend if they are showing any symptoms related to COVID-19. Public areas will be cleaned frequently throughout the day and hand sanitiser stations will be available in all areas and their use will be encouraged. The use of face coverings is voluntary.

As each event is limited to less than 500 people, the NHS Covid pass is not mandatory.

More details, including a full risk assessment will be available on our website in the coming weeks.

Coronavirus Update – 27 January 2021

As an event organiser, our primary concern and priority is the health and safety of all those who attend our events. With ongoing restrictions impacting the whole events industry, we have unfortunately had to make the following changes to the IHCAN events:

  • IHCAN Conference+ (featuring Dr David Unwin, Elisabeth Philipps and Anne Pemberton), Saturday 20 March 2021 -> Saturday 18 September 2021
  • IHCAN Conference (featuring Dr Allison Siebecker & Ben Brown), Saturday 10 April 2021 -> will take place on the same date but virtually – all ticket holders will be contacted separately with more info
  • IHCAN Conference (featuring Dr Dale Bredesen), Saturday 15 May 2021 -> Saturday 12 June 2021 at a new venue, 155 Bishopsgate, London (next to Liverpool St station).
  • IHCAN Summit & NNA AGM and Conference – remains 27 June 2021

The speaker line ups for each event remain the same.

Tickets, stands and sponsorships have been automatically transferred.

We understand and appreciate the amount of planning which goes into attending our events and would like to thank you for your understanding during this incredibly challenging time.

We also continue to work hard on organising new virtual events so you can continue to keep up-to-date with the latest education during this time. Look out for our free webinars at https://ihcanconferences.co.uk/webinar and for new virtual events launching soon at https://ihcanconferences.co.uk/virtualevent.

Once again, I speak on behalf of everyone at the IHCAN Conferences and Target Publishing when I thank you all for your continued support during such a challenging time for events across the country. Your continued support ensures we can continue to organise IHCAN events long after the pandemic has passed and the restrictions have been lifted.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the IHCAN Conferences when it’s right and safe to do so.

Coronavirus Update – 19 May 2020

In light of the government’s recent ‘recovery strategy’ announcement which has provided clarity and guidance on the status of gatherings in the UK until July, we have made the difficult decision to further postpone the IHCAN Summit (which was planned to incorporate the April IHCAN Conference) on 27 June and our 28 March event which was postponed until 4 July.

Further to this, with many of our speakers based internationally, and the future of international travel unclear, we have unfortunately had to postpone all further events, and reschedule them to 2021.

The full schedule change can be found below:

IHCAN Conference+, 4 July 2020 -> 20 March 2021
IHCAN Conference, 12 September 2020 -> 10 April 2021
IHCAN Conference, 21 November 2020 -> 15 May 2021.
IHCAN Summit & NNA AGM and Conference, 27 June 2020 -> 26 June 2021

The speaker line ups for each event remain the same.

Tickets, stands and sponsorships have been automatically transferred.

We understand and appreciate the amount of planning which goes into attending our events and would like to thank you for your understanding during this incredibly challenging time.

In the meantime, we have a whole host of CPD accredited webinars planned for the coming weeks and months. For more information, and to register free, visit www.ihcanconferences.co.uk/webinar.

Coronavirus Update – 21 April 2020

We are continuing to keep a close eye on government advice and information from our venues, and will update exhibitors and delegates as soon as we have more information.

Coronavirus Update – 13 March 2020

As an event organiser, our primary concern and priority is the health and safety of all those who attend our events.

While the government’s stance on events remains that they should run as normal, we feel that due to the nature of our events it is important that we do our upmost to protect everyone involved.

Our visitors are at the frontline of supporting those with ongoing health concerns, so it is pertinent that we make the decision not just for the care and health of our delegates and exhibitors, but for the wider community as a whole.

Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to:

  • Move the IHCAN Conference+ on Saturday 28 March to Saturday 4 July (the venue remains the same).
  • Postpone April’s IHCAN Conference and move the speakers to our IHCAN Summit, taking place on Saturday 27 June

We understand and appreciate the amount of planning which goes into attending our events and would like to thank you for your understanding at this challenging time.
